Step 2: Design & Planning

Working with trusted architectural designers (or yours), we’ll guide you through concept drawings, layout options, and material choices that match your style and budget.
We also involve our construction team early, so your design is not only beautiful but also practical, consentable, and cost-effective.

Step 3: Council Consent & Compliance

We handle the paperwork — and the council headaches.
Navigating Auckland Council’s consent process can be time-consuming and confusing. We take care of everything: architectural documentation, engineering input, application lodgement, and communication with the council.
You’ll get progress updates without chasing, and peace of mind knowing everything meets NZ Building Code and local regulations.

Step 4: Construction Begins
